EQtainment works to improve the world's social and emotional skills through entertainment. Sofia Dickenson, proclaimed "mompreneur" founded EQtainment to make social and emotional skills fun and affordable for lunch children. Research shows that improved social and emotional skills in children leads to readiness and may likely lead to life-success, career, relationships, health, and happiness. It can be improved by practice, guidance, and coaching. My high school students and I demonstrated EQtainment to 40 kindergarten students. We had a blast and learned a lot about our own development.
